100 years of European traditions in luthiery
Kremona guitars and ukuleles are the product of Bulgaria's venerable Kremona lutherie. The workshop was established in 1924 and has created models relied upon by musicians throughout the world. Recognized for superb build quality and expansive tone, Kremona musical instruments are one of the industry's astonishing values. The expanded North American distribution allows you to discover this tranditional European handcraft today.
Why Choose Kremona
Our founder mastered his craft in Markenukirchen, a centuries-old luthier town. This village was the center of German musical instrument making, with dozens of violin and guitar builders. Christian Frederick Martin, the founder of C.F. Martin Guitars, was born there and built his first guitars there. Nearly a century of experience later, our workshop continues the attention to detail of the hand-built process.
Building by hand in the European tradition, Kremona has no outsourcing, with all the components put together in the same workshop. Our team finds only the very finest tonewoods available for the expert luthiers to craft these beautiful instruments.
Kremona USA offers a 50-point in-house inspection and adjustment perfomed before shipment. Whether the instrument goes to a store or direct to the musician, it comes perfectly setup, maintained, and prepared for playing and performance.
Our long legacy or handcrafted lutherie doesn’t mean we are stuck in the past. We are continually adopting and devising new technologies, techniques, tools, machines, and other innovations. While we stay true to our hand-built roots, our luthiers have every contemporary solution required for building the best instruments for modern guitarists.
Compare a handcrafted Kremona to boutique brands or luthier-custom made instruments, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the high quality brought to an instrument with a budget-friendly price.
We care about the instruments we create, from the time we build them until they are placed into the hands of the player, and beyond. Each guitar and ukulele in every series comes with a hard cases or deluxe padded gig bag.

Anton Dimitrov is a musician, composer, and guitar teacher. In his repertoire, he collects different musical genres and styles: flamenco, classical pieces, pop, jazz, blues, but his child passion towards metal music is present to this day. That’s also the main style in which he composes. He’s been part of the bands ITSI (experimental death metal), with whom he has released 3 albums and the band K.O.R.A. He’s a founder of the band MoGa (experimental metal/technical death metal) which will soon release its debut album. In cooperation with Kremona he created the Kremona TF model. The instrument has been an essential part of Tony’s teaching and is a preferred guitar among his students.
Anton Dimitrov is also the founder of the online platform ‘Guitar Zone’, which has been helping beginner enthusiasts to make their first steps in guitar playing. Together with his friends from Bogodome, they established a place where the lessons can take place. The space quickly grew in popularity and became a music academy “Bogodame Muisic” where musicians and artists can share and exchange experiences and ideas. Today various lessons are taking place in the academy in addition to guitar, students can study there piano, violin, flute, and music production. The Anton’s ambitions and partnership between the two platforms have been mapping a plan towards a multidisciplinary cultural and educational center where different art disciplines, professional artists, and musicians can be unified.
